Godrej Properties announced on Tuesday, April 1, that it sold homes worth over ₹2,000 crore, covering more than 9 lakh square feet, at the launch of its luxury project, Godrej Riverine in Sector 44, Noida. The project, launched in March 2025, spans 6.46 acres and offers luxury residential apartments in various configurations.
A Hat-Trick of Successful Launches in Noida
This marks the company’s third consecutive ₹2,000 crore+ launch in Noida. Before this, Godrej Properties sold inventory worth over ₹2,000 crore at Godrej Jardinia in Sector 146 in the first quarter of FY25 and Godrej Tropical Isle, also in Sector 146, in the second quarter of FY24.
“Noida is a key market for us, and we look forward to strengthening our presence in the region in the years ahead,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties.
Strong Performance in Gurugram and Hyderabad
Godrej Properties also reported significant sales at its Godrej Astra project in Gurugram, selling around 90 homes worth ₹1,000 crore on its launch day. The project, located in the Golf Course Road micro-market, spans approximately 2.76 acres and enjoys excellent connectivity to key landmarks. This marks the firm’s second project in the region.
Similarly, last week, the company sold homes worth over ₹1,000 crore with a total area of 0.84 million square feet at its Godrej Madison Avenue project in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The project, launched in January 2025, is Godrej Properties’ first project in Hyderabad.
Expansion in Bengaluru
Continuing its expansion strategy, Godrej Properties acquired around 10 acres of land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, last month. The project has an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,500 crore and is expected to develop around 1.5 million square feet of saleable area, mainly consisting of premium residential units with high-street retail.
Market Performance
Despite the impressive sales figures, Godrej Properties’ stock ended the previous session flat at ₹2,126.8 per share. The stock has witnessed a decline of 23.4% this year so far.
With multiple successful launches and strategic land acquisitions, Godrej Properties continues to strengthen its footprint in major real estate markets across India.
