The membership of this website is available only to those above the age of 18 barring those Incompetent to Contract which inter alias include insolvents and the same is not allowed to minors as described by the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor and wish to browse/use the Website, you may do so through your legal guardian and RealtyWalls reserves the right to terminate your account on knowledge of You being a minor and using the membership of the Website.

If you represent an organization and wish to use the Services for your organization, we recommend that You, and all other users from your organization, sign up for user accounts by providing your corporate contact information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and any activity conducted under your account will be considered your own. By signing up, you agree to:
a) Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
b) Maintain and promptly update your information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
If you provide false or misleading details, or if RealtyWalls has reasonable grounds to believe that inaccurate information has been submitted, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and impose penalties, particularly for brokers misrepresenting themselves as owners or builders providing false information.
4. Property Listings & Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that listings are accurate, complete, and comply with applicable laws. You must have the legal right to list the property.
RealtyWalls provides a platform for users to list properties for sale, discover new developments, and post or respond to classified ads. Please note that our website serves solely as a platform for these listings.
RealtyWalls reserves the right to limit the number of responses available to free users. We do not take responsibility for the content posted on the website, and you are advised to exercise independent judgment before acting on any information.
You may not list or sell any item through our platform that:
a) Infringes on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary, publicity, or privacy rights.
b) Contains defamatory content or otherwise causes legally recognized harm.
c) Violates any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations.
RealtyWalls reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, false, or misleading.

Users of RealtyWalls must adhere to ethical and legal standards while using the platform. Any violation of these standards may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action. Posting fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings is strictly prohibited. Users must not misrepresent property details, ownership, pricing, or availability, nor list properties or services that do not exist or are not legally authorized for sale or rent. Additionally, the platform may not be used for unlawful or unethical purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or any activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.
Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with RealtyWalls’ operations is strictly forbidden. Users must not try to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, introduce malware, or modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the platform’s functionality. Furthermore, content uploaded to the platform must respect intellectual property and privacy rights. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with the use of the RealtyWalls platform, including but not limited to transactions, content, or services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, India, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs related to arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. By using the platform, users agree to this dispute resolution mechanism and waive any right to pursue claims through other legal channels unless expressly permitted under applicable law.
